As I travel across the country meeting General Managers, Directors of Golf, Head Pros, Superintendents, members, and committee volunteers I have enjoyed our discussions about TurfHound. Inevitably one question always arises; how did you ever come up with the idea?

As they say, long story short, I broke my club hitting from a “typical” range mat. That was back in 1990 and from that point on; I’ve dedicated myself to finding the finest materials to provide the greatest performance surface for the best practice session for golf enthusiasts!

Our patented Active Foam Technology allows for the most realistic feel underfoot & for club head action through the ball without experiencing shock to the wrist, elbow, or shoulder.
